FREE Counseling ServiceS offers:
- Referrals and coordination to LGBTQ+-affirming medical and mental health providers;
- Advocacy and support in locating and securing stable housing;
- Support in securing stable employment/education;
- Advocacy and support in navigating and obtaining benefits and other public assistance;
- LGBTQ+- specific health education information;
- HIV/AIDS specific health education and information;
- Substance use/abuse specific health education and information, including harm-reduction;

Counseling and Case Management Services are offered at the Pride Center: 332 Hudson Ave, Albany, NY.
